By placing an order on this website (www.LittleOnyc.com), you are requesting to purchase a Product from Little O Clothing and are subject to the following terms and conditions.  All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

TAXES AND SHIPPING

Prices on the website do not include sales tax, and this will be calculated using the billing zip code provided and charged when required.  Shipping costs will be shown on the online order form prior to checkout.  Little O has no liability to you for any delay in the delay of products ordered from us.  We try our best to get all orders shipped out as quickly as possible.  We aim to exceed all customer expectations at all times. Delays due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances do happen, we ask you to be patient if such a situation were to arise.  

WEBSITE ACCURACY

While we try to make sure that all details, descriptions and prices published on this website are accurate, errors might occur. The Little O website may contain typographical errors and may not be complete or current.  We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to update this website from time to time without prior notice.  We also reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders placed on this website because of information on this website which may contain errors or inaccuracies including without limitations, errors, omissions, or out of date information regarding, shipping, pricing, payment terms, return policies or other exclusions.If we discover there is an error in the published price of something you've ordered on this website we will inform you of this discrepancy as soon as possible and will give you the option of either cancelling the order altogether or reconfirming the order at the correct price.  If we are not able to contact you we will regard the order to be cancelled and any monies paid will be refunded.
