Shipping
We use United States Postal Service for all Little O Clothing orders, with all orders shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. An email confirmation will be sent to you after placing your order with Little O Clothing, and you should expect delivery of your purchase within 3-4 business days after placing your order.
International Orders
We also use United States Postal Service Priority Mail service as our international shipper. International customers will receive an email confirmation after placing their order with Little O Clothing and customers should expect delivery of their products within 7-10 business days after placing your order. As an international buyer of our products you will be responsible for all customs duties, taxes and fees.
Expedited Shipping
if you need your items sooner than the above time frame, please add a note at checkout and our Little O customer service team will work with you to find a suitable, expedited shipping solution that fits your needs.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your items upon receipt. In the unlikely event that you receive an item Shipped from Little O Clothing which has been damaged in transit, please keep the item and packaging and contact us right away so we can arrange to process the return of your damaged items and send you a replacement. Please keep the damaged packaging with the items so we can pursue a claim with the United States Postal Service. Shipping dates and/or arrival times are only estimates. For loss or damage claims, you must notify Little O within 30 days of the date of your purchase if you believe all or part of your order is missing or damaged.
Returns
We take pride in the quality of our handmade products and your satisfaction is very important to us. If your purchase does not meet your expectations please let us know within 15 days receipt of your order and we will provide you with a return authorization number and process a credit for Little O Products or an exchange. Returned Items must be in perfect condition, unworn and unwashed with original tags and packaging intact. Please note that we can not refund order shipping fees and the shipping expenses for returning an order are to be arranged for and paid by the purchaser. Please keep note of your return shipment tracking numbers as proof of sending the items back to Little O.
